Rosedale Clubhouse and Amenities
In the midst of Bradenton’s Rosedale Golf and Country Club you’ll find our 22,000 square foot Clubhouse with state-of-the art amenities. Nestled within a group of 150-year-old towering oaks adorned with hanging moss, and resting beside one of Rosedale’s many beautiful lakes, our Clubhouse has a touch of old Florida southern charm. The Clubhouse was designed to be an eloquent and enjoyable focal point of the community.
Noted architectural firm Gillett and Company designed the Clubhouse with luxury and grace in mind. 
The Clubhouse is the “hub of our community” offering full-service dining, meeting space, a private members lounge, snack bar, patio dining and a 19th Hole. Members and guests can enjoy the full-service restaurant offering casual dining with “Classic” style meals.
The Rosedale Clubhouse provides members with a wide assortment of recreational amenities. There is the heated Jr. Olympic-sized pool, ample room for sunbathing, Bocci courts, fitness center, tennis and golf pro shops, 5 lighted “Har-Tru” tennis courts, a putting green and a 18 hole Championship Level golf course designed by Ted McAnlis, a former Fazio team member.
Rosedale’s fitness center offers you the best equipment to make the most of your workout. Featuring Stairmasters, Treadmills, Universal and Free Weights our fitness center is guaranteed to provide you with the kind of exercise you’re looking for. We also offer tailored fitness programs for groups and individuals, water aerobics, Pilates, aerobics and jazzercise.
Optional leagues and groups are available for you to join, further optimizing your membership experience.
Clubhouse Events
In addition to physical recreation, the Rosedale Clubhouse sponsors many monthly and annual events for members and non-members social enjoyment. Men’s and Women’s Poker nights, Duplicate Bridge, Book Clubs, Trivia Night, “Odd Friday’s,” the Grandeur Gala, the Sax 5th Wearable Art Fashion Show and the annual Military Dance to name a few. With our full time activities director and restaurant staff, there is always something of interest. Social events, dinner, dances, holiday parties, off-site cruises and various other trips will undoubtedly keep your social calendar full. Rosedale Development, Inc. believes in supporting the Bradenton / Sarasota area and giving back to charitable causes. That’s why for the past 10-years, the Rosedale Golf and Country Club Community of homeowners, employees and management have been a primary sponsor of “Rally for a Cure” benefiting the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Fund. Each year Rosedale donates their Clubhouse and other facilities, amenities and financial support to help raise awareness and funds in the quest for a cure for Breast Cancer.
