Rosedale's Course & Golfing Amenities
Opening in 1993, Rosedale Golf and Country Club of Bradenton, Florida offers members and non-members a beautifully designed 18-hole Championship course. Esteemed golf architect Ted McAnlis designed our challenging 72-par course. Formally of the Tom Fazio Design Team, Ted McAnlis used his course architectural talents to create an amazing high-quality, long-lasting golf course.
Keeping with Rosedale's desire to save as much of the natural habitat as possible, Ted McAnlis designed the course to wind around and through our many lakes and wooded areas. All levels of golfers will appreciate and enjoy the beauty, design and challenging aspect of Rosedale's golf course. You'll find it hard to decide which aspect you enjoyed the most, the masterfully designed course or the awe-inspiring scenery the course is part of.
Our anticipation of an additional 9-hole golf course to the Rosedale Golf and Country Club Community, has afforded us the opportunity to commission Ted's son, Scott McAnlis. Scott is designing a course we feel will be both exhilarating and resplendent. Scott has his own amazing style and talent when it comes to creating beautifully challenging golf courses. The new 9 holes will continue to reflect the high standards of quality and natural preservation as in everything Rosedale develops.
Rosedale Golf and Country Club offers an 8-acre driving range. Driving ranges are great for the beginner golfer and the golfing pro. They offer players a stress free atmosphere to learn new skills, brush up on old skills or practice that technique you just can't seem to get. Utilizing Rosedale's Driving Range is a great way to help guarantee golfing success on the actual course. Rosedale set aside 8-acres to ensure that there's almost always a spot for your practicing pleasure. Utilize Rosedale's chipping, putting greens and full size practice facility to improve your techniques, giving you a better advantage when playing our Championship course.
Rosedale Golf and Country Club is a member of The Golf Association of Florida Handicap Program.
Rosedale Handicap System
Rosedale Golf and Country Club is a member of The Golf Association of Florida Handicap Program. Rosedale's participation in this program offers our Golf Members a place to keep computerized records of their scores.
There is a bonus feature that we offer our Golf Members. When utilizing this service provided by The Golf Association Handicap Program, our members can:
- Post scores that will be transferred back to Rosedale's handicap computer.
- Conveniently and regularly check your handicap and scoring record.
- Review the handicap and scoring record for other Rosedale Golf members.
- Review Rosedale Club handicap reports.
- View tournament information like tee times and results.
- View Rosedale Club news, schedules and other important member information.

Rosedale's Golf Program
Rosedale Golf and Country Club of Bradenton, Florida, is a Semi-Private facility. Our Semi-Private status allows for members and non-members to enjoy the use of our superior golfing amenities.
Rosedale Golf and Country Club features a Ted McAnlis beautifully crafted championship course. Beginners and Pros will enjoy the thrill and challenge that our 72-par course will bring you. We have 5 sets of tees ranging from 5064 to over 6700 total yards.
Need some practice before tackling our course? Rosedale offers you an 8-acre driving course, chipping and putting greens and a full-size practice facility.
Rosedale Golf and Country Club offers a wide variety of golf lessons to golfers as young as 5-years-old. Our Golf Professionals are continuously developing new and exciting learning opportunities and programs. Visit The Learning Center at Rosedale to find out more about our exciting new programs!
At Rosedale we accept Open Play. Three days advance notice is preferred for a tee time. Rates vary according to season and times of day. For more rate information, please see our rate page or call 941-756-0004.

The Learning Center at Rosedale
Rosedale Golf and Country Club of Bradenton, Florida, in Manatee County, is the home of the New Learning Center at Rosedale. The learning programs at Rosedale make it the most comprehensive learning environment. At Rosedale we're creating the availability for everyone to have instruction. We want you to be able to go on our masterfully created course and play like the pros do.
One of our new opportunities is the 3L's. This is Lesson, Lunch and Links. A 45-minute clinic followed by lunch and 9 holes. There's a weekend program for families to come and play together. Of course there will always be the individual and group clinics.
Rosedale Golf and Country Club wants you to know that golf is for everyone. That's why implementing this Learning Center is so important to us. At Rosedale there are year-round programs open to members and the general public. We offer affordable opportunities with a flexible schedule and structure. Rosedale knows how busy your life is and we are here to accommodate your needs and skill level.
