The Hunt Group has over 40-years of multi-family and single-family real estate experience. Starting out in Canada, the Hunt Group realized Florida's growth potential during the '70's. In 1977 the Hunt Group's divisional headquarters was established in Sarasota, Florida.
In 1989 Robert Hunt, founder of the Hunt Group, discovered and purchased the original 335 acres that would become Rosedale Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Their real estate expertise encompasses raw land, single-family homes, multi-family homes, apartments, and condominiums, commercial and industrial developments.
Rosedale Developments, Inc., part of the esteemed Hunt Group owns and developed the Rosedale Golf and Country Club. Rosedale Developments, Inc., worked hand in hand with the engineers, architects and builders to create a unique luxury living experience with abundant recreational opportunities while maintaining as much of the natural environment as possible.
